Sheet Metal Fabrication

From idea to production

Whether you have a design, sketch, drawing, AutoCAD DXF file, or just a rough idea – we make it reality. We are ready to manufacture prototypes, small batches, or large-scale series. Even for parts that are no longer available or have gone out of production, you can rely on us.

We work with various types of sheet materials. Whether it’s steel, stainless steel (RVS), or other metals, we can laser cut, bend, and further process them. Whatever your requirements may be, we think along flexibly and provide the right solution.

Bending

We specialize in bending sheet materials into precise shapes and angles, fully tailored to your technical drawings or specifications. We process a wide range of materials such as stainless steel (304/301/316), steel (e.g., S235/S355), aluminum, and other metals in various thicknesses. We support both prototyping and serial production. Our internal quality controls ensure that every component meets the required standards.

Finishing

Our deburring department ensures a high-quality final finish for all your products. We carry out the following processes:

  • Deburring – Removing sharp edges and burrs for safe, clean components.
  • Edge rounding – Rounding corners for better handling and improved aesthetics.
  • Brushing – Creating a uniform, matte, or satin surface finish.
  • Grinding – Smoothing surfaces for a sleek look and tactile quality.
  • Finishing – The final step for a professional result, including protective coatings if required.

Thanks to these processes, we guarantee consistent quality and precise finishing – for both single pieces and series production.

Polishing

Vibratory finishing (also known as “tumbling”) is an efficient post-processing technique that provides metal, plastic, and ceramic components with a high-quality surface finish. By using grinding and polishing media in rotating machines, burrs, sharp edges, and irregularities are removed. This process is ideal for mass finishing, making it possible to process large quantities of parts quickly and accurately.

The technique offers various finishing options – from deburring to achieving smooth, glossy surfaces. Thanks to the controlled process, surface tolerances can also be maintained, which is essential for parts that must meet strict quality requirements. Moreover, vibratory finishing helps reduce costs by creating a more efficient production flow with less manual post-processing.
