Anti-kink & Protection Springs

Anti-kink springs are similar to tension springs without loops. These springs are mounted around wires or hoses to help prevent kinking of the wire or hose. This can significantly extend the lifespan of a wire or hose.

The operating temperature of anti-kink and protection springs depends on the type of material. Due to the wide range of available materials, we can supply anti-kink and protection springs that remain functional between -200 degrees Celsius and over +1000 degrees Celsius. Roveron can supply anti-kink and protection springs in various shapes and sizes. From normal straight anti-kink and protection springs to conical and bi-conical anti-kink and protection springs. Anti-kink and protection springs are available from wire thicknesses of 0.1mm up to approximately 25mm and can be produced from a few millimeters to tens of meters in length. Anti-kink and protection springs can be supplied with or without pitch between the coils.
